What this website is

This site describes ScareKrow and the services we offer. It is not a contract and it is not an offer to do work on any particular terms.

Work we do for a client is covered by a separate written agreement with that client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Results shown on this site

The results described here belong to the client named, over the period stated. They are not a promise that another business will see the same result. Search rankings and advertising costs change with the market and with Google’s systems, and we do not guarantee them.

Who owns what

The text, design and code of this site belong to ScareKrow, Inc., along with the ScareKrow name and logo. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy it or reuse it without our written permission.

Client names, logos and website images belong to their owners. They appear here to show our work.

Acceptable use

When you use this site, you agree not to:

• Interfere with the site or try to get into parts of it that are not public
• Send spam, false information or harmful code through the contact form
• Copy the site in bulk with automated tools
• Use the site to break any law

Messages you send us

Sending us a message does not make you a client, and it does not create a duty of confidentiality. Please do not send confidential material until we have an agreement in place.

We link to websites we do not control, including sites we have built for clients. We are not responsible for what those sites contain or how they operate.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate and available, and we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be free of errors or always online.

To the extent the law allows, ScareKrow, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this site or being unable to use it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Using the site after that date means you accept the new terms.
